Uruguayan 55cm dummy torpedo 1990-2009

Used on board of the French CommandantRivière-class frigates preceded by Le Normand-class succeeded by D'Estienne d'Orves-class. All built by Arsenal de Lorient, France.

Victor Schoelcher F725, laid down in October 1957, launched on 11 October 1958, commissioned on 15 October 1962, transfered to Uruguay on 19 December 1988, renamed General Artigas, refitted January 1989 and decommissioned on 27 april 2005. Pennant 2.

Amiral Charner F 727, laid down in November 1958, launched on 12 March 1960, commissioned on 14 December 1962, transferred to Uruguay on 28 January 1991, renamed Montevideo. Pennant 3.

Commandant Bourdais F 740, laid down in April 1959, launched on 15 April 1961, commissioned on 10 March 1963, transferred to Uruguay on 20 August 1990 and renamed Uruguay. Pennant 1.
