Type Aek which was in North east Friesland a 2-mast schokker with straight bow.The WL 19 was built in 1871 by Scheepswerf Alkema, Makkum, Netherlands and lost in the disaster of 5 March 1883 in which 17 Dutch fishing vessels were lost and 83 fishermen drowned. So this vessel is an exact copy of the original completed in 2008.
