Russian frigates arriving at Lisbon coming from Brazil according to the Nederlandsche Staatscourant dated 23 July 1821

Paris, 17 July. From Lisbon arrived tidings that 30 June two Russian frigates arrived bringing with them the ministers of Russia and Denmark and which frigates left eight days after the Portuguese king Brazil.
