Tindredger for Siam [Thailand] in 1909

The magazine Popular Mechanics dated June 1909, p. 558 published the next photo with the text Dredger built in Holland 'is to be used to work the alluvial tin deposits of the Renong Valley in Siam", Dimensions 118 x 40' and with a maximum dredging depth of 39'. I can't trace the building in the Netherlands if Holland was indeed the same as the Netherlands.
