Stockholm, 1 May. The king appointed rear admiral Of Klint as ad interim head of the 1st department of the fleet, rear admiral Cronsted as head of the naval board and former state council count Platen as head of the 3rd department of the fleet.
Petersburg, 28 April. The emperor appointed vice admiral Karobka as commanding officer of the fleet stationed at Cronstadt. Vice admiral Lutochin, rear admiral Heiden, rear admiral Radnow and vice admiral Oghilwie were appointed as commanding officers of the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th brigades of the Black Sea fleet and rear admiral Hamilton as commanding officer for the brigade of Sweaborg.
