According to a tiding from the press association Reuter dated London 4 February based on information received from Tokyo wrote the former minister of justice Osaki a bill dealing with the partly adjournment of the Japanese naval shipbuilding program. Osaki said the USA would enthusiastically support this delay in building new warships.
