Amsterdam, Wednesday 26 March. Today was at the yard the Roopaard at the Kadijk, owned by C.E. Duijts with success the merchant frigate Abel Tasman launched. Duijts built earlier the merchant ship Java, which was now, renamed Beurs van Amsterdam well known for her successful voyages towards the Dutch East Indies.
