The Duinenburg and the Huis den Eult departed 21 December towards Amboina . The Duinenburg was to load 240 last rice at Tegal and another 160 at Semarang . The 441 at Amboina recruited soldiers were with 2 private sloops and the Westcappel transported to Batavia . All species were in contrary to the orders with one ship, namely the Delfland, transported. If it was possible to recruit more soldiers at Amboina without damaging the cloves culture, were the cloves to be loaded by the Duinenburg and Huis den Eult and were except for the ships of the company other vessels to be used to transport the soldiers.
