The navies of the Barbaray States according to the Nederlandsche Staatscourant dated 9 July 1818

Rome, 20 June. According to a local newspaper seemed the European powers to have decided that that all vessels belonging to the Barbary States have to be disarmed this year to protect humanity and merchant trade shipping.
