London, 10 July. According to a letter dated Oporto 16 June arrived the Felix Ventura 11 June at Oporto coming from Pernambuco. Some days after her departure was she hold by a privateer of Buenos Ayres but as became clear that she was Portuguese she was allowed to continue her voyage. Although privateers of Buenos Ayres apparently the Portuguese flag respected privateers of other harbours flying under the same ‘flag” reacted otherwise.
