Dutch merchant ship Cadzandia used as Brazilian transport according to the Dutch newspaper Zierikzeesche Courant dated 22 April 1868

A private letter reported that the Dutch merchant ship Cadzandria master R.G. Kars on 12 March still was used by the Brazilian government as transport and now lying on the Uruguay river in good condition but would soon return to Buenos Aires to take there if possible get a cargo for Europe.(1)

1. The edition dated 28 October 1867 reported that she arrived on 27 August at Montevideo coming from Rotterdam and everything well on board. The edition dated 6 June 1868 mentioned her lying on 25 April at Buenos Aires ready for departure towards Antwerp, Belgium. Everything well on board. She was also called Cadsandria.
