Peruvian transport wrecked according to the Dutch newspaper Vlissingse Courant dated 28 June 1904

An item referred to the newspaper New York Herald which reported that a Peruvian transport on the crossing of the Amazone and the Napo river was wrecked. The commanding officer and 22 soldiers drowned.
