Austrian navy on Lake Garda according to the Dutch newspaper Opregte Haarlemsche Courant dated 30 June 1859

An item dated Vienna 26 June reported that the Austrian squadron on Lake Garda consisted of three very well armed steamships and a number of gun barges and at the moment stayed at Riva. It was known that the French intended to launch there a number of armed ships.
