The loss of the sternwheeler Sjanghai on the river Moesi, Dutch East Indies, according to the Dutch newspaper De Sumatra Post dated 12 June 1929

An item dated Palembang 12 June reported that on the river Moesi the sternwheeler Sjanghai sunk causing the death of a coolie and a bull. The insurance paid the damage costs of ƒ 40.000,00. The Tilburgsche Courant and other newspapers published the same item.
