Budget for film entertainment in US navy approved according to the Dutch newspaper Het Vaderland dated 15 May 1930

An item reported that the US Senate approved a budget of 332.000 US dollars for purchasing film equipment for exhibiting films with sound  for use in the recreation rooms of the US navy personnel.
