Note
1. At that moment was the so-called Cold War (1945-1991) still major issue in the world with a struggle between the Western and the Eastern world for political and military hegemony. The Vietnam war was still going on, the Berlin crises 4 June-9 November 1961 just solved with the notorious Cuban Missile Crisis of 1962 still ahead. East Germany was being a Soviet Union satellite country part of the Warsaw Pact.
