USA gave Burma patrol vessels according to the Dutch newspaper De nieuwsgier dated 19 February 1951

An item reported that the USA gave Burma four patrol vessels to be used against the rebels. The crews were trained in the USA. Within short time were six more vessels expected to arrive in Rangoon.
