An item referred to the magazine Schiffbau dated 1925 No. 13 which reported that the Finnish cabinet asked the parliament for 375 million Finnish marks necessary to execute the fleet program. The parliament however gave just permission for 315 million necessary fo building 2 gunboats, 4 submarines, 4 MTB’s and further more torpedoes en mines.
