New British floating workshop for submarines fitted out according to the Dutch magazine Marineblad dated 1908-1909 no. 3

An item reported that an aged torpedo boat was converted to be used as a floating workshop for the submarines at Devonport. Just one boiler was retained. The former boiler and engine rooms were converted into workshops.
