An item reported that the Greek armoured cruiser Salamis which was now built at the German Vulcan shipyard would have a main armament of 35,6cm guns and a secondary anti torpedo armament of 15cm guns.(1)

The battleship Salamis laid down at the AG Vulcan shipyard at Hamburg, Germany on 23 July 1913, launched on 11 November a year later, however never completed and refused by Greece and broken up in 1932. The planned armament consisted of 4x2-35,6cm/14” guns, 12-15,2cm/6” guns, 12-7,5cm quick firing guns and 5-50cm/19.7” torpedo tubes.
