An item reported that the British Admiralty ordered to increase the reserve of heavy guns for the harbour of Devonport with 2-34,3cm guns of the latest model, each with a weight of 76 ton (around 7 more as the older guns with the same calibre). The weight of the projectiles was 643 kilo.
