British steamship Mervina sunk according to the Dutch newspaper Het nieuws van den dag dated Friday 11 October 1907

An item reported that on the Friday before the British steamship Mervina sunk in the Bay of Biskay. Her crew drowned partly with another part saved by a passing Greek ship.
