Japanese naval shipbuilding program according to the Dutch newspaper Het Centrum dated 11 March 1913

In Japan accepted the parliament a new naval shipbuilding program to strength the fleet by building 3 dreadnoughts of the largest type, 4 protected cruisers, 8 cruisers and 4 destroyers. Originally were 8 dreadnoughts planned but the estimated building costs were to high.
