Cadiz, 26 July.
The Spanish frigate Rita arrived yesterday coming from Manila
with official letters from the commandant general of the Philippines.
The Colombian privateers off Carthagena disappeared. Since 10 days just one
armed with 18 guns was sighted for a few hours.
