According to tidings from Athens, Greece dated until 22 June went general
Grivas which take part of the revolt against the government on board of a
French steamboat towards Piraeus after his surrender to general Tsavellas. His
choice for the French steamboat was understandable while the Greek government
wanted to pursue him by a council of war despite promised made by Tsavellas. It
was expected that he was going towards Constantinople, Turkey. (1)
