The British and French navies around Cadiz according to the Nederlandsche Staatscourant dated 11 August 1823

London, 6 August. There were no new tidings from Cadiz except that a British frigate 18 July sailed through the French blockade and entered the harbour and fired a salute of 21 shots which was returned.
