The Turkish navy at Constantinople according to the Nederlandsche Staatscourant dated 15 April 1825

Constantinople, 10 March. The latest fire in Tophana near Pera was probably set by the Janitsars being dissatisfied with the rumours that they were soon to be embark on board of the fleet which was assured to depart 1 April towards the Archipelago.
