Submarine minelayers offered by Dutch shipyard Kon.Mij. De Schelde at Vlissingen, Netherlands to Norwegian navy in 1931

The 1934 version of the nerver built Gunning-Schelde submarine minelayer 

On 17 July 1931 sent a tender to captain K. Lorck, Department of Defense, Oslo and commander S. Jacobsen of Horten, both of Norway referring to the tender sent to Portugal. The costs for two such submarines ordered t the same time were for each unit 160.000 pond sterling.
