Dutch bark Zeemanshoop for sale at Den Helder, Netherlands according to the Dutch newspaper Nieuwe Courant van Den Helder dated 30 March 1864

An announcement reported the intended auction on Friday 15th April in the locality Tivoli, Den Helderof the Dutch coppered and copper tightened bark ship Zeemanshoop captain Jb. Hanssens lying in the harbour of Nieuwediep with her inventory. According to the certificate of measurement were her dimensions 32,60 x 6,24 x 4,82 (hold) and measured she 230 lasten or 436 ton. According to the Heldersche en Nieuwedieper Courant dated 17 April was she sold for ƒ 10.450 to Wickel&Boot, Edam, Netherlands.
