During her meeting on 7 July 1588 the States of Zeeland appointed Planen and Pieter Willemsen to examine the ship of Gole Vyncke and Pieter Reygersbergh with captain Drooge the razeil Meermin lying in the harbour of Middelburg, Netherlands which was bought by Simon Geertsen.
