Spanish squadron visited Willemstad, Curacao according to the Dutch newspaper De Curacaosche courant dated 21 June 1823

An item reported the arrival on the roads of Willemstad, Curacao Wednesday of the Spanish 44-gun frigate Constitution rear admiral La Borde, the 26-gun corvette Ceres captain Espino, the armed brig sporrans and tow armed schooners. The brig and schooners entered the harbour the same day, followed the next day by the Constitution and the Ceres.
