None Russian flagged privateers allowed to enter Sardinian harbours or provided with arms and stores according to the Dutch newspaper Groninger courant dated 25 April 1854

An item reported that the Sardinian minister of navy forbid the fitting out, arming or victual ling of Russian flagged privateers or entering a harbour of the Kingdom Sardinia.(1)

1. At that moment was the Crimean war (4 October 1853-12 February 1856) going on and the Kingdom of Sardinia was part of the Allied forces against the Russian empire.
