Dutch tug Oostzee towed torpedoed Norwegian supply ship Kongsli to safe place according to the Dutch newspaper De Tribune dated 24 April 1917

An item reported that the Dutch tug Oostzee managed to tow the Norwegian supply ship Kongsli up the Nieuwe Watwerg, Netherlands and grounded her safely at the signal mast. The Kongsli was torpedoed but her crew managed to keep her floating.
