An item dated Rotterdam, Netherlands 25th reported the arrival of the Dutch navy brig Courier lieutenant Ysbrands at Hellevoetsluis, Netherlands. She captured the British ship Manchester captain G. Wilson underway with horses from Hull, England towards Riga, Latvia and which was sent into Bergen, Norway.(1)
