British submarine L 17 (1918) in 1923

Launched in 1918, completed in 1918, displacement 890 (surfaced)-1.080 (submerged) tons, horsepower 2.400-1.600 (submerged) hp, oil-fired internal combustion machinery (surfaced)-electric machinery (submerged) and an armament of 4 torpedo tubes and 14 mines.(1)

Note
1. Part of the L-class, preceded by E-class and succeeded by Odin-class. Laid down by Cmmell Laird, Birkenhead, England in May 1910, commissioned in December 1917 and sold to be broken up on 26 February 1930.
