New Brazilian naval shipbuilding program according to the Dutch magazine Marineblad dated 1904-1905 no. 9

An item referred to the magazine Le Yacht reporting that the Brazilian Congress approved a new naval shipbuilding program which was for the major part to be built in England. It consisted of 3-12.500-13.000 ton battleships, 3-9.500 ton armoured cruisers, 5-400 ton destroyers, 6-50 ton ocean going torpedo boats and finally 3 submarines.
