An item referred to the magazine le Yacht reporting that Norway ordered at the German shipyard Schichau the building of 3-95 tons displacement with a speed of 23 miles and to be delivered within 10 months. Norway was further more building 2-3.400 ton armoured ships with a horsepower of 3.700 ihp and with forced draft a speed of 15 miles.
