Japan not changing fuel oil import policy according to the Dutch magazine Marineblad dated 1938 no. 5

An item referred to the Jap.Chr. dated 10 February 1938 reporting that the Japanese minister of navy admiral Yonai (1) in the Diet stated that the fuel oil import policy was not changed. At the moment was the available storage of the navy enough for a long-term conflict.
