Pacific Mail steamship Cuba in problems according to the Dutch newspaper Nieuwe Rotterdamsche Courant dated Monday 10 September 1923

An item dated San Francisco, USA 8th reported that according to a received wireless telegram the steamship Cuba of the Pacific Mail was in problems south of San Pedro. The American destroyer USS Reno (1)was cruising off San Miguel searching for survivors.
