Argentinean destroyer San Luis launched at Birkenhead, England according to the Dutch magazine Marineblad dated 1911-1912 no. 3

An item reported that on 1 February at the shipyard of Cammell Laird, Birkenhead, England the Argentinean destroyer San Luis was launched. Displacement 1.175 tons, speed 32 miles and an armament consisting of 4-10cm quick firing guns and 4 torpedo guns.(1)

Note
1. Built under the 1907 Program of apparently just the destroyers Catamarca and Jujuy built by the Germaniawerft, Kiel, Germany and La Plata and Córdoba, built by Schichau, Germany were commissioned in Argentinean service. The French built destroyers were commissioned in French service as the Aventurier-class consisting of the Opiniâtre, Aventurier, Téméraire and Intrépide. The ships built by Cammell Laird, Birkenhead, England were sold to Greece and renamed Aetos, Ierax, Panthir and Leon.
