Hull laid down by Tangen Verft, Kragerø, Norway on 9 Ausgust 2000, launched on 17 February 2011, outfitted by Langsten, Tomrefjord, Norway and commissioned on 15 December 2001. IMO 8640387, MMSI 259040000 and call sign LBSV. Able to take 2 helicopters with her. Since 2009 fitted out with a NH90.
Displacement 6.375 tons and as dimensions 89 (waterline)-103,7 (over all) x 62,6 x 27,2 (height) x 21,3 metres or 292-340.2 x 62.6 x 21.3 feet. Machinery consists of 4-3.390kW Rolls-Royce Bergen BRG-8 diesel generators allowing a speed of 17,5 knots. Crew numbered 65 men. Armament consists of 1 5,7cm Borfors, 12,7mm machinegun and if necessary 1 Simbad Surface to Air missile launching system.
