Soviet, Bulgarian and Romanian merchant ships visiting Albanian harbours according to a CIA report dated 2 February 1949

An item reported that Soviet, Bulgarian and Romanian merchant ships visiting Albanian harbours unloaded their cargoes during daytime respectively at night depending if it were civilian or military stores. In the first half of November unloaded a ship at Vlone 30 Soviet tanks, medium calibre guns and ammunition.
