Russian tug Biryansk according to a CIA report dated 17 May 1948

An item dealing with the Russian merchant fleet active on the Rumanian part of the river Danube mentioned the Russian tug Biryansk with a displacement of 450 tons and fitted out with 350hp oil fuelled steam engines and active between Braila and Ismail.
