Russian tug Seliger according to a CIA report dated 17 May 1948

An item dealing with the Russian merchant fleet active on the Rumanian part of the river Danube mentioned the Russian tug Seliger (the former Elvetia of the Meyer-Loyd Company), described as an alcohol tanker with a displacement of 450 tons and 300hp oil fuelled engines active between Belgrade [Serbia] and Reni [Ukraine].
