The Czechoslovakian CDSP steam tug Turiec active on the Danube according to a CIA report dated 10 June 1955

An item dealing with the Danube shipping movements reported that on 19 February 1955 was sighted on the position Danube Kilometer Marker (DKM) 1871 the CDSP (Ceskoslovenska Plavba Dunajska) tug ss Turiec while towing the empty CSPD tankers I and II towards Lobau. On 26 February 1955 sighted arriving at Bratislava, Czechoslovakia [Slovakia] while towing with naphtha loaded tankers and leaving again with empty tankers towards Lobau, Austria. On 28 February 1955 was sighted on the position DKM 1903 while towing barges loaded with grain upstream.
