An item reported that south of Baku [nowadays
Azerbaijan] along the Apsheronskiy Peninsula a number of petroleum loading
docks were available and which were numbered 31-60. The docks numbered 1-30
were used for handling dry goods transported by the Caspian Dry Cargo Steamship
Agency also known as KaspFlot.
