Russian KT-76 boats sighted at Lepaya, Latvia according to a CIA report dated 29 May 1953

An item reported that at Lapya, Latvia around ten Russian KT-76 boats were sighted berthed in the merchant harbour cruising between the merchant and naval harbours and some times at sea off Lapaya.
