Russian tugs Hercules, Proletariy, Taifun and Gorn sighted at Lepaya, Latvia according to a CIA report dated 29 May 1953

An item reported that several times the Russian tugs Hercules and Proletariy were sighted at Lepaya, Latvia. The Russian tug Taifun was also several times sighted in the merchant harbour of Lepay or possible stationed there. The Russian O.S.G. (Otdel Snabzheniya Goryuchim) owned fire fighting tug Gorn was certainly stationed at Lepaya.
