Anonymous Russian radio controlled target ship sighted at Lepaya, Latvia according to a CIA report dated 29 May 1953

An item reported that Russian radio controlled target ship stationed in the naval harbour of Lepaya, Latvia was very similar in appearance to the Tsel.
