Soviet destroyer Z-4 sighted at Rostock, East Germany according to a CIA report dated 2 November 1950

An item reported that the work at the Soviet destroyer Z-4 under construction at the Neptun Shipyard, Rostock, East Germany was speed up resulting in the first boiler tests and steam trials executed between 16-20 May 1950.
